You will need: Paper towels Distilled water A ziplock bag Here are the steps to follow: Dampen the paper towel with distilled water, but make sure its not dripping wet Place the dry tobacco pouches inside the ziplock bag Add the damp paper towel, making sure it doesnt touch the pouches directly Seal the bag tightly, and leave it for 2448 hours The damp paper towel will rehydrate the pouches by balancing moisture in the bag ,but this method could take a while
