I snagged this linen just-over-the-knee dress at Ross while I was in Florida
Why not rock a sage green floral dress
Shimmering would be a good word, too, since all party and event dresses at the time were literally covered in sequins, beads, and shiny material that would really catch the eye
But, these may pale in comparison to a current movement in fashion: the decision by some brands to reduce dedicated male and female collections, and make unisex clothing
Being a woman of a certain age I do favor the full and 3/4 length sleeve
