Italian seasoning (Any seasoning mix will do, or you can make your own with a combination of dried oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and sage!) grated parmesan cheese (This gets blended with the other ingredients to create that creamy texture.) olive oil fresh parsley salt & pepper (to taste) You might also enjoy this strawberry vinaigrette dressing or this maple dijon dressing with rosemary

So keep a bowl of dressing in the fridge and pull it out when you need a quick side for grilled chicken or seared salmon
