Its quite likely the perfect floaty dress is already hanging in your closet, you just havent had a good reason to wear it in a while
I set out to do the awesome top half of the dress (as you see on the left hand side of the collage below), but I fell in love with the fan brush gradient on my tips and decided to take that off and do a full mani as the gradient instead (shown on the right side of the collage below)
