Its really easy to throw together too
I love it even more now, thinking back on all of those busy nights when my mom no doubt was exhausted and had a million things on her plate, but still took the time to make us dinner (I love you, mom!)
I have always gotten the best results using freshly chopped (or grated with a microplane!) garlic, and fresh squeezed lemon juice
