I also think this card is a bit underplayed
Like most of these cards, at the time they were released they werent actually that game breaking
However, almost every deck follows the pattern of having mostly 2- and 3-cost cards and very few cards that cost 6 mana or more
Its a fog on steroids, basically, and one thats an intriguing option
The difference with silver-bordered cards is that gold-bordered cards are reprints of cards that are, or were at the time, legal for Constructed play
