i honestly dont see much grounds for differentiating that 2/3 mark, and when we get to the 6-8 range i think there is alot of cards which can swing between these tiers
Really really good
You can even chain matrons together if you've got the mana for it
The best I found was the online editor which was a decent compromise of the complaints I had for the other tools, but still not near perfect
