I have found that most of the carnitine based capsules and tablets only provide 500 mgs per capsule or tablet which is a decent dose but these provide an extra 250 mgs bringing the total to 750 mgs per cap which allows for me to take just 2 per day in the morning to provide 1.5 grams of top quality L-Carnitine, i tend to add in an additional 1-1.5 grams which i take pre or post workout to allow for a total daily intake of 2.5-3 grams which i have found to be working best to increase my energy levels when running on low calories as well as improve my fat loss results, i have been taking this supplement in combination with green tea extract, raspberry ketones and 200-300 mgs of caffeine per day and i feel that all of these supplements work very well in combination with each other to provide a noticeable improvement in my fat loss progress
